Final Sale Policy
Given the nature of the wig business—and in line with the wig manufacturer return policies—all sales are final. No returns. No cancellations. No exchanges.

The moment your payment goes through, the wig is yours for good. Please think carefully before clicking that “Complete Purchase” button—it’s not like swiping left on social media! 😉

Damage or Defective Items

Please open and inspect your items upon receipt of your order. Our quality control measures ensure that your items have been inspected at least three times before they are shipped to you. For this reason, product defects are extremely rare. Defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced (at no expense to the customer) for the same item or an item of equal order value. That means if you get a great deal on an expensive wig and that same deal is no longer available, or the wig is out of stock at that sale price, we will replace it with a wig of equal "order" value or issue a store credit, if you prefer.

  • Inspect on arrival.
  • Contact us immediately at hello@bosscrowns.me with photos and order details.
  • If the request appears to be a valid defect, we will:
    • Email you a prepaid return shipping label
    • Provide clear instructions for sending the item back
  • Upon receipt, your item will be reviewed for the defect claimed.
  • Once approved, we will issue the agreed-upon exchange, refund, or store credit.
  • If the claim appears to be false or unsubstantiated, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Important: Packages returned without prior authorization won’t be accepted.
