NOTE: Wigs are sanitized and conditioned and may have a mild scent from shampoo, conditioner, or wig milk.

What “Open Box” means

These items were returned after a try-on. They may have:

  • Light signs of handling (ex: packaging opened, minor fiber shifting)
  • Missing/replaced netting or original inserts
  • Tags attached or re-attached (varies by item)

Good news: Every Open Box wig is inspected before listing and is sanitized/refresh-prepped to the best of our ability before it goes back out. 

CAUTION: You may pick up the smell of shampoo, conditioner, or wig milk. Chemically sensitive folks may want to pass or be prepared to wash the wig to remove a bothersome scent.
