Processing Time
- Standard: 24 business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 4 PM CT).
- Peak periods (sales, holidays, viral TikTok moments): please allow two business days.
Need‑It‑Now (FedEx Overnight)
- Orders placed before 1 PM CT, Mon–Fri are processed within 24 hours.
- Orders after 1 PM CT ship within the next 1–2 business days.
- Overnight shipping means the carrier moves at warp speed; our team still needs a quick prep window.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once your order is confirmed, it heads straight into our queue—no cancellations.
- Sale‑event items are final sale.
- Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Responsibility transfers to you once the carrier scans your parcel.
- Protect your sparkle: We strongly suggest adding Route Package Protection at checkout.
