Welcome to Boss Crowns Customization Studio—where we turn “almost there” wigs into Boss Crown Moments. Before you pop that beauty in the mail, read these need‑to‑knows so your transformation goes off without a hitch (or a tragic, too‑short bang 🥲).

How It Works

1. Inspo Pic – Drop a clear photo of the style you want. Think Pinterest‑level clarity, not mystery filter.

2. Send Your Wig – Include your order # on the inside flap.

3. Measurements (Non‑negotiable!) Complete this form and email it back to us.

  • Bang Length → With the lace already trimmed by you, place the wig on a flat surface.
    • Hold the bang fibers straight and taut (no slack, no curl).
    • Measure from the very edge of the lace down to the exact point you want the bangs to hit (e.g., brows, lashes, cheekbones).
    • Record in inches to the nearest ¹⁄₈" (3 mm).
  • Overall Length → Pull the longest fibers straight and measure from the crown seam to the ends.
  • Anything else (layers, face‑framing) → Specify in inches and reference your inspo pic.
  • Pro‑tip: Use a dressmaker’s measuring tape; rulers and guesswork are drama we don’t do.

4. We Work Our Magic—Our licensed cosmetologist will customize your wig based on the information you provide. The typical turnaround is. 7–10 business days after we receive your wig. We’ll email you when it’s headed back.

5. Return Ship – We ship to the original address unless told otherwise.

Pricing & Payment 

  • Base Rate: $40 covers straightforward cuts.
  • Complex Styles: Up to $100 for heavy layering, major reshaping, texture work, or advanced bang wizardry.
  • Final Quote: Once we inspect your wig + inspo, we’ll email a quote within 48 hours.
    • If the quote is higher than your initial payment, we’ll include a secure link for the upgrade fee.
    • Work begins only after the balance is paid in full.
  • Don’t Love the Price? No worries—reply “cancel,” and we’ll refund your styling fee minus return shipping, then send your wig home untouched.
  • Prices are in USD and do not include shipping (see §3).

Shipping & Costs

  • The customer pays all shipping both ways. Choose any carrier; we suggest trackable + insured.
  • Boss Crowns is not liable for loss, delay, or damage once the package leaves our hands (yes, that includes porch pirates).
  • If the wig arrives in unsanitary or heavily damaged condition, we’ll pause the order and contact you—extra cleaning or repairs may incur a fee.

Final‑Sale Policy

  • Custom work is 100 % final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges after we’ve made the first snip.
  • Measurements are your responsibility—wrong numbers does not equal "our oops".
  • Natural color variations, slight density shifts, and minimal shedding are normal for human‑hair wigs post‑cut.

Fit & Comfort Disclaimer

We cut to your measurements; however, cap size, head shape, and wig placement can affect final drop length. Tiny adjustments (trimming a stray here or there) may still be needed at home.

Legal & Ownership

  • You retain ownership of the wig; Boss Crowns provides a service only.
  • By sending your wig, you grant us permission to cut, style, and photograph the finished look for marketing.
