Top Boss Rewards Policy

At Boss Crowns, we love rewarding our loyal Boss Babes for shopping with us! Our Top Boss Rewards program allows you to earn points on eligible purchases made through our Online Store (BossCrowns.com), Boss Crowns TikTok Shop, and Boss Crowns auction wins.
Participation in the program is voluntary and governed by these terms, our main Terms of Service, and any additional rules we may publish. By participating, you agree to these terms.
How Points Are Earned
$100 spent = 1 reward point (based on the net eligible purchase amount).
Points are calculated only on eligible purchase totals and do not include taxes, shipping, discounts, or refunded amounts.
Points have no cash value and are not transferable.
Online Store Orders (BossCrowns.com)
Points are processed immediately after order completion. There is no waiting period.
Boss Crowns TikTok Shop Orders
Because TikTok Shop has a return window, points from TikTok Shop orders are held for a 14-day review period.
After 14 days from the order date, if the order has not been returned or refunded, points are automatically added.
Orders still within the 14-day window will show as pending in your account, with the eligibility date and days remaining displayed.
Boss Crowns Auction Wins
Points from auction purchases (including TikTok Live auctions and other Boss Crowns auction events) are awarded only to active Boss Crowns app users at the time of the auction. Auction orders are processed immediately when added to your account — there is no 14-day waiting period.
Auction wins are not eligible for backdating (see "New App Members & Order History" below). To make sure your wins count, we recommend signing up for the Boss Crowns app before participating in any auction.
New App Members & Order History
Welcome, new Boss Babe! When you join the Boss Crowns app, we'll look back at your past 90 days of eligible order history and automatically credit those purchases to your rewards balance — so you don't miss out on points for shopping you've already done with us.
The 90-day backdating applies to:
- Online Store orders from BossCrowns.com
- Boss Crowns TikTok Shop orders (subject to the standard 14-day return window from the order date)
Auction wins are not included in the 90-day backdating. Only auction purchases made after you become an active Boss Crowns app user will earn points. If you won an auction before signing up, those orders will not be credited, even if they fall within the 90-day window.
This rule keeps our auction rewards program fair and consistent for all Boss Babes — sign up first, then shop the auctions and stack those points!
Refunds, Returns & Adjustments
Refunded or returned orders do not earn points.
If an order was previously credited with points and is later refunded or returned, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance.
Because our Online Store has a strict no-returns, all-sales-final policy, points earned on website purchases are generally not subject to reversal except in cases of fraud, duplicate crediting, or other errors.
Auction wins are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Points earned on auction wins are not reversible except in cases of fraud, duplicate crediting, or other errors.
Points Visibility
In the Boss Crowns app, you can view:
- Your current points balance
- Pending TikTok Shop orders and eligibility dates
- Eligible purchase history (including auction wins)
- Order status (Processing, Pending, or Points Added)
Point Redemption & Reward Fulfillment
Rewards can only be redeemed through the Boss Crowns app by the account holder. All redemptions are subject to review and verification.
Redemption Review
Boss Crowns reserves the right to review and verify all qualifying purchases and points activity before approving any redemption. This includes confirming that:
- Points were earned from legitimate, non-refunded purchases
- The account holder was an active app user at the time of any auction wins
- No policy violations or abusive activity occurred
- No duplicate or erroneous points were credited
If adjustments are needed, your points balance may be updated before fulfillment.
Reward Delivery
Digital / Discount Rewards (e.g., promo codes or credits): Delivered by email within 1–3 business days after approval.
Physical Rewards: Shipped within 5–7 business days after approval (shipping times may vary by location).
Important Program Rules & Limitations
Rewards and points cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside the program.
Boss Crowns reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict any rewards account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including (but not limited to):
- Abusive or threatening communications
- Harassment
- Excessive returns or abuse of our return/ordering policies (on any platform)
- Fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms or our main Terms of Service
- Any other conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be incompatible with the program
Upon termination or restriction, any remaining points may be forfeited once any outstanding obligations are fulfilled (or handled according to the process in effect at the time of closure).
Each order is processed only once for accuracy. Boss Crowns reserves the right to limit or refuse any redemption in its sole discretion.
Changes to the Program
We may update this policy at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
