2. How do I get started?

Fill out the online form (no photos needed). You’ll list the brand, style, color code, estimated wear time, and any alterations. Hit “submit” and sip your latte—we’ll email or text your quote by the next business day.


3. Why can’t I ship the wig right away?

Quotes are demand‑driven and only valid for 30 days. Shipping before you accept the offer means we might receive a unit we can’t purchase—and nobody wants costly return postage. So sit tight till you’ve got that green light.


4. What conditions must my wig meet?
